Vander Mill Winery uses only Michigan fruit to make its
juices, ciders and wines. Our products are hand crafted and balanced
to create an aroma and flavor that brings out the natural qualities
of Michigan fruit. To make our Hard Cider, we start with a variety of
fresh Michigan apples that are pressed and blended at our mill. The
cider is not pasteurized treated with preservatives providing an ideal
base to ferment a quality Hard Cider.

Hard Apple Cider
Our Hard Apple Cider is a semi-sweet cider; it is never
pasteurized and never filtered. We use a unique blend of Michigan apples
to balance acidity and fresh fruit flavors. This product should be served
cold in a pint glass.
