Vander Mill Winery uses only Michigan fruit to make its
juices, ciders and wines. Our products are hand crafted and balanced
to create an aroma and flavor that brings out the natural qualities
of Michigan fruit. To make our Hard Cider, we start with a variety of
fresh Michigan apples that are pressed and blended at our mill. The
cider is not pasteurized treated with preservatives providing an ideal
base to ferment a quality Hard Cider.

Apple Raspberry Cider
Cider Makers Note:
New for 20011! We have made this cider in the past on a
one off basis for a few of our draft accounts in the past. We had such
a positive response that we added it to our regular lineup of blended
ciders.
We start with our original Hard Apple Cider to make this
blended product. We press Michigan Red Raspberries and blend it for a
very refreshing balance of tart and sweet.
